I Am Blessed

My kids are pretty amazing! I am thankful for the bonds we've formed over the years thanks to homeschooling. While some days are hard (let's admit it, we all have them), I wouldn't have traded the ability to homeschool them for anything! I've treasured our time together!

My one daughter got home late this evening from work, and even after working most of the day, she took the time to surprise me with this wonderful gift!

She brought me some flowers and sushi! Talk about the perfect snack before bedtime. I even received a heartfelt letter from her with so much encouragement, it meant the world to me!

Parents of little ones, let me encourage you. The days may be long and sometimes you wonder if you are getting through to your children. But someday, it DOES pay off!!! I am getting glimpses of the reward of all the work I invested in those early years. I am just so thankful and blessed!!
