Noah has gone home

We were blessed with 9 amazing hours with our precious Noah. He left our arms this morning and is now in heaven with a perfect body in the arms of Jesus. I will post more later about our time together and all we got to experiance with him. Please continue to cover us in prayer as this is one of the hardest things we've ever gone through. We are forever thankful for our little miracle who proved the doctors wrong and defeated the odds!!! We love you Noah Alexander!!!

  3. I am so sorry for your loss. Most definitely will continue to pray for you and your family.

While I don't really 'know' you, whenever someone has a blog, you get to know people just through their postings, sharing, etc.

And I'd just like to say that as a fellow believer, and a Mommy who's also faced a baby born with a birth defect, I know that our Lord is looking down on you today and is so very proud of your example. Of your Faith,
    Your courage.

You express on your sidebar that it was your hope that Noah's story would touch many a lives and bring HIM glory, and what I've seen and read thus far, You are doing an amazing job at just that.

(((HUGS))) to you my sister in the Lord. Please know that you are in my thoughts and in my prayers....

  4. Jenn -
You don't know me, I'm a friend of Kerry's (who was introduced to me after my loss). My daughter Sarah passed away 2 hours after birth. We also went through the weeks of waiting and not knowing what the future held for our baby girl. However, we didn't really understand how much Sarah's life would change ours forever until after her birth. Your blog has been such a testimony to so many people. As I read all the posts & blogs it helps me with my own healing. Thank you for taking the time to write your updates, thoughts, prayers, and even about your pain. We will continue to pray for healing, rest & peace for your entire family.

  6. Jenn, the picture of you and Noah is awesome! You had the opportunity to meet an angel, just sent here for a short visit, and then to go back to his heavenly Father. I know that your hearts are heavy. I also know that many people have been and will be touched by Noah during his brief time on earth: some people who you may never meet. I continue to pray for your family.

  11. Dear Porsches--
Today (this very hour even) marks the 2 year anniversary of the death of our firstborn, Vivian. We had her for 24 weeks in the NICU, but that constant waiting for death and the unknown was terrifying. You have done well loving your son, and that is to be commended. On this anniversary, I find myself feeling a little guilty for having forgotten so many details from our daughter's life; but I am reminded that my hope lies not in my parenting or my memory, but in God's good promises. Please grieve as much as you need to and talk of him often. It will help your healing. May he bless your funeral service and grant you his peace.

  14. Jenn,
The first thing I noticed when I saw this picture was little Noah's hands were up by his face! Just like in all the ultrosounds!!!

Jen we have been praying for you, your children and your husband. We are still saying "praise GOD for the 9 hours you were given" but also we know that your heart is aching now as he is gone. We will continue to pray for you all.
